Is a signature required upon delivery?

Our garments are shipped using special delivery in order to ensure your parcel arrive safely, this does mean that a signature is required on delivery.

 Which delivery provider do we use?

For all orders within the UK we ship using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

How do I work out my size?

We recommend looking at our size charts before making a purchase. These will give you details of measurements for each garments. If you have any problems understanding the chart or have a query about which size to get please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us using our contact form.

How do I care for my new garment?

What is your returns policy?

What should I do if an item received Is faulty or damaged?

If your garment is received faulty please contact info@sarahbadeni.com. For more details visit our refunds page.

How can I make a bespoke order?

For bespoke orders please fill out our contact form and we will offer you an appointment at the London Atelier.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Shop pay, Apple pay, Google pay and PayPal.

Can I return an item bought on sale?

We do not offer refunds for sale items however we are happy to exchange them for another product on our website.
